William H. Alderman
 Mr. Alderman is the founder and President of Alderman & Company Consulting. During his 15-year career in aerospace and finance, he has completed more than $1 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions. Mr. Alderman started his career at Bankers Trust Company and has held senior positions in investment management and corporate development at GE Capital, Aviation Sales Company, and most recently as Managing Director of the aviation investment banking practice of Fieldstone. Mr. Alderman is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Growth & Opportunities Fund. Mr. Alderman is a graduate of the Taft School, Kenyon College and the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Mr. Alderman has been an FAA licensed pilot since 1983 and was first licensed by the NASD in 1989 (currently licensed under Series 7 and 24). Mr. Alderman has spoken at numerous aerospace industry conferences in the United States and abroad and has been quoted in such leading publications as Forbes, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, and USAToday. Mr. Alderman lives in Norwalk, Connecticut, is a member of the Wings Club of New York and the Lawn Club of Connecitcut and serves on the Staff Parish Committee of the Pound Ridge Community Church and the Alumni Council of Camp Becket.
R. Bruce Andrews
Mr. Andrews joined Alderman & Company Consulting as a Managing Director
in 2004 and specializes in providing strategy, operations and marketing
analysis and guidance to the firm’s clients. Most recently
Mr. Andrews served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GenMech
Aerospace. Prior to joining GenMech in 1999, Mr. Andrews was an
independent consultant, principally advising aerospace companies
in business development and acquisition matters. From 1994-1999
Mr. Andrews served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Monitor
Aerospace (the predecessor company to Stellex). During his tenure,
Monitor’s sales increased from $40 million to over $90 million.
Prior to Monitor, Mr. Andrews served 21 years with UNC Incorporated
in a variety of senior management positions, including Corporate
Vice President, Manufacturing Group Executive, and President of
the Naval Products Division. Mr. Andrews holds an MBA from the University
of New Haven and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University
of New Hampshire. Mr. Andrews, 63, and his wife reside in Old Lyme,
Connecticut.
