Lawrence Goldberg

In 1995 Mr. Goldberg founded LGG Associates, Ltd, a consulting firm providing marketing, operations, information technology, project management, and tax strategy advice. Mr. Goldberg's expertise and focus is advising in the areas of corporate finance, strategic planning, and accounting/financial reporting. His clients are typically privately held, with revenues of $10 million to $150 million. From 1978 to 1995 Mr. Goldberg served with Monitor Aerospace Corporation in positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Monitor, Mr. Goldberg was a founding partner of Holtz Rubenstein & Co., certified public accountants with a substantial practice involving companies in the aerospace industry. Honors received by Mr. Goldberg include the Long Island Financial Executive of the Year by the Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Goldberg, age 59, and his wife, live in Smithtown, New York.

Zain Naqi

Mr. Naqi is the Managing Director of ZAN Partners Ltd., a UK-based investment management firm which he founded in 2001. ZAN Partners is a private wealth management boutique catering to sophisticated high net worth investors. During the period 1995-2001 Mr. Naqi was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs. From 1989 to 1994 Mr. Naqi served with Morgan Stanley, most recently as an Associate. Mr. Naqi is a graduate of the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management and George Washington University. Mr. Naqi is 47 years of age and lives in London with his wife and three children.
